Our Business

The herd was started in 2006 and focussed only on selling the calves to the rodeo circuit. Along the way, we discovered that our cows produced not only sturdy, agile calves but also exceptionally tender, tasty beef that happened to be very healthy! This is one of the leanest sources of meat one can consume and is nutritionally better than white chicken meat, lean pork or turkey, and by far better than most of any beef on the market today! Our cattle have plenty of first hand human contact and are raised in a relaxed, stress-free environment that in turn produces tame, good animals.This is a nine month old calf Angel Wings with his mom.

Our Longhorn herd is relatively small for the amount of acreage it roams. They are relatively easier on the ground than your typical cattle as they consume less grass. The Longhorns were the first cows to set foot in North America and the only breed of cattle to evolve without human management.These cows can thrive in country where no other breed can live!
